The orchestra played cleanly and clearly with expert direction from conductor Callum
Young.
He controlled the alterations between full strings, to just harpsichord and cello, the
cello sometimes singly, sometimes doubled as required for various arias. [...]So many varied orchestral
sounds and all so well controlled.
